DUFF MCKAGAN's Daughter Makes New York Live Debut With PINK SLIPS

PINK SLIPS, the acoustic duo which features Jamie Brooks and Duff McKagan's (GUNS N' ROSES, VELVET REVOLVER) 16-year-old daughter Grace McKagan and Jamie Brooks, made its New York live debut on October 9 at the CBGB Music & Film Festival. An Artisan News report on their performance can be seen below.

Regarding PINK SLIPS' musical direction, Duff said: "It's their dark, minor take on some pop songs. Which is really cool and unique. And it's punk rock in its own way, 'cause they don't really care."

Grace's mother is Duff McKagan's current wife, model and swimsuit designer Susan Holmes, whom he married on August 28, 1999.
